Scania to showcase its broad marine offering at SMM 2026
Scania will present its marine offering at SMM 2026 in Hamburg, showcasing its power solutions, electrification capabilities and services for a wide range of marine applications.

At SMM, held in Hamburg, Germany, from 1–4 September, Scania will showcase its range of power solutions, including its 13-litre marine engine. Built on the Scania Super platform, the DI13 offers improved efficiency, higher performance and increased durability, helping to reduce fuel consumption, CO₂ emissions and operating costs.

Together with its combustion engine portfolio, the technologies provide a range of solutions that can be adapted to different operational requirements.
In addition to power solutions, Scania will highlight its service offering, including maintenance solutions aimed at improving uptime, operational efficiency and long-term performance.
"Our goal is to support our customers throughout their transition by offering a broad portfolio of power solutions for different types of marine applications," says Anders Swärd, Head of Sales, Power Solutions at Scania.
"By combining efficient combustion engines, electrification capabilities and services, we partner with customers to identify solutions that meet both their operational needs and their sustainability ambitions."
